I have been in the retail grocery business for 37 years having started as a bagger and worked through many management positions including Store Manager. I currently work with ADUSA as a Training & Development Specialist. My strengths are in building a strong team, talent acquisition and development, shrink controls, sales building and creative solutions to every day retail problems.
